Frequently Asked Questions

The app cannot access the microphone.

Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and make sure ReRec is enabled.

Recording stops unexpectedly.

This may occur if another app takes over the audio session. Close other audio apps and try again.

Hands-free recording does not trigger.

Try lowering the Trigger Threshold in the hands-free settings so it picks up quieter sounds.

The metronome sound is mixed into my recording.

Use earphones so the metronome plays through them instead of the speaker.

The tuner does not respond.

Make sure the microphone permission is granted and that recording or hands-free mode is not active.
